ASSEMBLER:

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR:

Looking for CNC operators with one or more years experience running CNC machines (mills &/or lathes).  Will be required to perform secondary work such as deburr, polish, part cleaning, …  Must be able to read & follow instructions, keep multiple machines running, use & read precision measuring tools & perform open plate inspection, read & interpret part prints, have some familiarity with GD&T, stand for up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs., have own tools, work with close tolerances & have high quality standards.  Will be required to inspect & document 1st pc. & monitor in-process production.  Must have own transportation, good attitude, work ethic, punctuality, & attendance.

Must have 5 years minimum experience programming, setting up, & running CNC live-tool lathes - including Hardinge, Swiss-type (Citizen), & Mazak.  Completion of NYS apprenticeship program or equivalent & leadership skills a PLUS!  Will be required to perform secondary work such as deburr, polish, part cleaning, …  Must be able to read & follow instructions, keep multiple machines running, use & read precision measuring tools & perform open plate inspection, read & interpret part prints, know & understand GD&T, stand for up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs., have own tools, work with close tolerances & have high quality standards.  Will be required to inspect 1st pc., monitor in-process production, & train operators.  Must have own transportation, good attitude, work ethic, punctuality, & attendance.

QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN:

Must have 3 years minimum experience in the quality field.  Experience w/ISO 9000 & internal auditing, ASQ Certified Mechanical Inspector or Quality Assurance Technician a PLUS!  Must know GD&T, have own tools, work with close tolerances & have high quality standards.  Must have own transportation, good attitude, work ethic, punctuality, attendance, strong math skills including ability to collect & interpret data, & have the ability to assess problems & develop & implement solutions.  Will be required to inspect 1st pc., monitor in-process production, & perform final inspection.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER:

Must have 5 years minimum experience in the quality field and be able to communicate to customers & vendors.  Must have 3 years minimum supervisory experience & possess good leadership, human relations, strong oral & written communication abilities, & solid analytical & technical skills.  Working knowledge of ISO 9000, internal audit experience, & ASQ Certified Quality Assurance Manager a PLUS!  Must know GD&T, have own tools, work with close tolerances & have high quality standards.  Will be required to inspect 1st pc., monitor in-process production, perform final inspection, conduct training, provide quality reporting, & perform internal audits.  Must have own transportation, good attitude, work ethic, punctuality, attendance, strong math skills including ability to collect and interpret data, and have the ability to assess problems & develop & implement solutions.

CONTROLLER:

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:  CPA is preferred but must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.  Must possess thorough knowledge of financial & accounting practices & procedures.  Must have understanding of governmental regulations & reporting requirements.  Must have understanding of related auditing & IT functions.  Must have broad based knowledge of the entrepreneurial business environment.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:  Must have 5 years minimum of high level accounting experience in a job shop manufacturing environment.  Must have 3 years minimum supervisory experience & possess excellent leadership, human relations, strong oral & written communication abilities, & solid analytical & technical skills.  Able to organize, coordinate, & direct projects & use all related hardware & software.
